2 Scope of application
This series of reducers is suitable for transmission situations where the input and output directions are arranged vertically, mainly used for various conveying machinery such as belt conveyors,
It can also be used for various general machinery such as metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, building materials, light industry, petroleum, etc.
The applicable conditions for this series of reducers are as follows. If the following conditions are not met, please seek technical advice:
a) The maximum speed of the input shaft of the reducer shall not exceed 1500r/min;
b) The circumferential linear velocity of the gear shall not exceed 20m/s;
c) The working environment temperature is -40 to+45 ℃. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be heated before starting (with an additional distribution heater).
